VACATION OWNERSHIP BUSINESS TRANSACTION

In October 2015, Interval Leisure Group (ILG) and Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide announced that the Boards of Directors of both companies unanimously approved an agreement for a Reverse Morris Trust transaction. Under the agreement, a wholly owned subsidiary of ILG will acquire and then merge with and into Vistana Signature Experiences.
